Ethical issues
The Leveson inquiry was legal public inquiry into the culture, practices and ethics of the British press following the News International phone hacking scandal, chaired by Lord Justice Leveson, who was appointed in July 2011. The hobbit - One ethical issue is that in the movies there a scenes of sex which there are majority filled with women which has raised sexism concerns - They had to stick to the equality act of 1995 which means they cant exclude people from auditions based on race, sex or ethnicity - 126 respondents out of a group argue that the films transported themes of war, death, and betrayal, which are seen to be beyond the suitability for children to watch - People complained about the resolution and speed the film was done at because they claimed it caused nausea. ReplyDeleteYou were asked to pick a film of your choice and do some research into the pre-production surrounding the film. What was the budget? How was this split amongst different departments? How was the cast chosen? Were there any book right issues? What other interesting facts can you find out about the film's pre-production.
