The Leveson inquiry was legal public inquiry into the culture, practices and ethics of the British press following the News International phone hacking scandal, chaired by Lord Justice Leveson, who was appointed in July 2011. You've made a very good start on this, however your description box for each preproduction document needs more adding to it. You need to mention the key conventions. E.g Storyboard - shot type, camera movement, sound, FX, shot number, dialogue etc...
