working to time scales

- Task allocation - Who is doing each task
- Scheduling - when is it being done
- Resource allocation  - what is required
- Report creation - how have the team completed each task

Project management tools:

simply a tool which allows production

- Spreadsheet
- Production Schedule
- Project management software/web app

You should work to a time scale to be able to meet the deadline of a project. This helps to bring down the cost of the film, because as a result they won't need to spend money and prolong the use of certain production tools and actors.

Time scales are predominantly used during the pre-production stage of a film, because there is a set deadline which the production team need to meet.

  1. Not enough work here. There was a lot about different project management tools and images that you should have taken from the powerpoint I used in class.
    Please improve.
